Since 2017,the global economic situation has begun to warm up,and the economic situation of our country has begun to recover gradually.However,in the next period of time,China's economy will not show a state of rapid growth.In addition,the Government has regulated the real estate industry in recent years,making the development of the real estate market greatly reduced and the construction industry is also subjected to a certain impact.Nevertheless,as a pillar industry of the country,the construction industry still has good national policy support.A new round of urban planning and infrastructure construction is being planned and carried out in an orderly manner,making all enterprises in the construction industry ushered in good prospects for development.Construction enterprises have to change the way of development and enhance their competitiveness,it is likely to be eliminated in the harsh market competition if they cannot adjust their own strategic plans in a fast changing era.This article takes K construction company as the research object,through the construction industry environment analysis,the real estate market environment analysis,the enterprise internal environment analysis,from the large environment research to the small environment research,and gradually analyzes the strategic environment of the enterprise.Specifically adopts the development trend of the construction industry and the impact of the real estate market development on the construction industry.Through the Potter five force model,the construction industry environment is analyzed from five aspects: the degree of enterprise competition,the threat of potential competitors,the bargaining power of suppliers,the bargaining power of the buyer,and the threat of substitute products.Then the organization structure,operation ability,human resources and technology development of K construction company are systematically analyzed,after that,the current situation of K construction company is analyzed by SWOT combined with all internal and external factors.Finally,it puts forward the future development strategy of the company,and puts forward a guarantee plan for the smooth implementation of the company's future strategy.In the complex and changeable environment of the current construction industry,the research of this article should have a certain reference significance for the strategic formulation and strategic guarantee of the large state-owned construction enterprises.
