Application Research Of PPP Financing Mode Is A Project Which In Zhang Bian Expressway

PPP is short named the public-private partnership,which is a new kind of public products or service mode.It changes the current status of the government as the sole provider to public goods or services in this mode.Social capital and the government to reach a long-term cooperative partnership,which is more efficient for the public to provide public products orServices in the PPP mode.Since entering the new century,following the China’s economic and social development,the demand of public products and services are increasingly,however,the government’s financial pressure has become increasingly tense.It becomes an inevitable choice that the social capital to participate in the public service or products.In the early 80 s,China used the PPP mode for the construction of a number of projects.With the power of a new government,China’s economic development has entered a new norm.In order to deal with the increasingly local government debt problems,the central government to vigorously promote the application of PPP.Although the application of PPP mode in China has made some achievements,but it also appeared a lot of problems,these problems show that the development of China’s PPP mode still has a long way to go.This thesis is mainly used in the literature study,qualitative analysis and case analysis.Based on the previous related researches on the application of PPP mode,it summarizes the present situation of the application of PPP model in China and the problems existing in this application.This article analysis from the Zhanbian expressway project,business model,investment and financing structure,project operation efficiency and risk allocation of PPP model analyzes the works.And putting forward the personal advices on the problems of this project.
