In recent years,China's urban construction has made remarkable achievements,but the urbanization in the process of increasing industrial concentration,and the intensity of urban development and the acceleration of urban size growth will also give a negative impact on urban rain flood management.The hydrological environment within the city is therefore changed,the most prominent is the condition of the urban surface runoff volume increase and the natural penetration ability.The construction of urban residential area is the key of the of urban development,therefore,to properly handle the rain flood management problems in urban residential area,can greatly improve the existing in the development of urban rain flood problems.At present,China is actively pushing forward the construction of the sponge city comprehensive taken six policies: infiltration,hysteresis,net,use,storage and other measuresto absorb and make use of the rain,in order to realize the virtuous circle of water through the city.In this paper,it is in this background,based on the relevant theory and practical experience of foreign developed countries,combined with the actual sponge city construction in our country,systematically research around the theoretical basis of the "LID"(Low Impact Development)in urban residential area design method of the rain flood management,including design objectives,principles,processes,each link,and in detail introduced the role and significance of all kinds of LID facilities,etc.Study shows that the reasonable application of the low impact development facilities,can effectively reduce surface runoff,is also an effective way to solve urban waterlogging disasters;In addition,the concept of LID combined with urban development can also reduce the artificial adverse impacts of development process on the natural environment,and let the city's natural ecological cycle be maintained,finally realizes the urban development and natural environment in harmony.To confirm the concept of LID,this paper enumerates the vast majority of cases,finally,make the new and old city residential area construction of Gongzhulingas the key analysis object,using the advanced technology and model simulation in the analysis to evaluate the present situation of city,so we can propose governance advice targetedly.Through these cases,the LID technology,can effectively improve theproblems of all kinds of rain flood in the residential area.It has far-reaching significance for the construction of urban residential area rain flood management system of our country,the designers have a long way to go for the future urban residential area design that how to flexibly apply all kinds of technical means,to give play to the benefit of rain flood management in city residential area.
