Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of our country’s economy and increasing penetration of private car,parking has become an important issue affecting people’s travel and consumption satisfaction.Faced with this,it is imperative to construct and optimize the underground garage.This paper analyzes the influences of BIM technology on the deepening of electromechanical pipelines in large underground garages through practical cases.It is hoped that it can arouse designer’s thinking and attention,the underground garages and even the urban construction will develop in a healthy and positive direction.Firstly,the paper analyzes the status of underground garage and deepening design research of BIM technology at home and abroad to define the purpose and significance of the study;secondly it introduces the BIM technology and the theoretical basis of the in-depth design of electromechanical pipeline,clears the boundary of concept and also analyzes the difference between traditional deepening model and BIM model.This paper introduces the actual cases,analyzes the present problems of the underground garage of the Beixinan shelter renovation project from several main aspects,and also come up with the key points of the optimized design,which will be improved from several aspects,such as the application standard of BIM,model creation,pipeline collision inspection and optimization design of pipe complex,design and layout of the supporting hanger.Finally the actual benefits of applying BIM technology in this project are analyzed.Through literature analysis and qualitative analysis and case study,this paper analyzes and verifies the operation of BIM technology in the optimization of electromechanical pipelines in large underground garages,in order to help project designers find and solve pipeline collisions,the insufficient net height as well as reducing the number of on-site re-work in time during the design phase of electromechanical pipelines in underground garages,and also a certain theoretical reference is provided for the deepening design of electromechanical pipelines in large underground garages,which promotes the promotion and popularization of BIM Technology in our country’s construction industry.
