| The information technology have created great value for many industries such as manufacturing industry, electronic industry and so on, while the information application in construction industry is still in preliminary stage. With the development of social economy,the construction industry is beginning to move towards the low energy consumption, low pollution and sustainable development. Against the background of information age, the BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology is the inevitable outcome that the information technology applied in construction industry.The necessity and importance of electromechanical detailing design are self-evident, so it is needed to let the construction industry reform ride the express of information technology.The 3D visualization, collision check and 4D construction simulation of BIM technology can be applied to help detailing designers found and solve problems such as pipe collision and the deficiency of clear height timely, the rework times can be reduced to reduce the resource effectively, collect statistics of engineering quantities rapidly, control cost effectively and improve design quality.By referencing domestic and foreign research results in this paper, and from the concept of BIM technology and detailing design, the status of BIM technology in China are introduced, it can be found that the application of BIM in our country is still at the preliminary stage, but under the promotion during the period of “Eleventh Five-years Plan”and “Twelfth Five-years Plan”, the BIM technology in China develops rapidly.The contrast method is applied to compare the traditional detailing design method and the design method after introducing BIM technology, the shortages of traditional way are described, and analyze the differences between this two methods, then the large value and advantage of BIM in detailing design stage are concluded. Meanwhile, according to theapplication status of current BIM technology at the stage of detailing design, the difficulty and shortage of BIM at present stage of detailing design are obtained though analyzing.Combining with the characters of BIM such as visualization, parametric and plot and so on, the application method and process of BIM at the detailing design stage of electromechanical installation engineering are studied, the application method of BIM is illustrated from the stage of program development, model establishing, model detailing and model application specifically. A actual case is combined to propose the feasibility of this application method, the application of detailing design method of electromechanical installation engineering based on BIM in real engineering is described through the South Boshi Fund Building Project. Under the guidance of detailing design scheme, pipes are adjusted comprehensively according to the collision report obtained by BIM relative software,the sectional drawing and detailed list can be generated on the basis of model, and the construction simulation can be conducted, the animation simulation of construction sequence and construction technology can also be conducted to guide construction.The application of BIM technology in electromechanical detailing design can cut down the design time and the construction cost, improve the quality of engineering, and provide new thoughts and methods for detailing designer from the global pipe, so it has some certain practical value and realistic significance and beneficial to the promotion of technology. |
