The Protection Research Of Hui Zhou Traditional Residence Based On BIM Platform

Huizhou traditional residence are an important genre of traditional residence in China.They are fresh and elegant as the basic color.The horse head wall and the leaking well have unique flavors.The wooden frame beam structure is firm and stable,the shape is wonderful,the carving is exquisite,the interior decoration and furnishings are simple.Elegant,reflecting the distinctive regional characteristics and strong traditional culture.At present,the protection methods of Huizhou traditional residential information mainly rely on CAD drawings,text forms,image data,etc.In the protection process,there are drawbacks such as independent information,unclear details,and difficult to find content.An efficient and powerful digital information platform is needed to archive and manage Huizhou traditional residential information.As a new type of information management platform,BIM combines it with the traditional residential protection work in Huizhou,providing an innovative technical means for the protection,management and utilization of traditional residences in Huizhou.In view of the limitations of the profession and the error of the surveying and mapping data,the building information model and information platform of Wuxi's house in Xixi Nancun,Huangshan City,which is analyzed in this paper,is still in its infancy.The construction of mature information model and information platform requires relevant professional scholars.In-depth research and collaborative efforts of the software department.This paper is divided into six chapters,the main contents are as follows:(1)The first chapter introduces the research object and background of the thesis,including the relevant theoretical research and current status of architectural heritage protection at home and abroad,expounds the research purpose and significance,research content and methods,research ideas and framework.(2)The second chapter combines the professional field survey and mapping to draw the preliminary research conclusions,and dissect the overall protection of the traditional dwellings in Huizhou area and the characteristics of the existing protection mode.(3)The third chapter discusses in detail the advantages of BIM technology applied to traditional residential protection.It also lists the problems and suggestions for the development of BIM technology in China.(4)In the fourth chapter,the basic data collection and recording methods in the BIM information model are described,and the traditional manual mapping and 3D laser scanners are compared from the workflow and the post-information processing methods.(5)According to the analysis of the first four chapters,the fifth chapter takes the Xixi Nancun Wuxi's house project as an example to construct an information model based on the BIM platform,and demonstrates the management and application of the Huizhou traditional residential information model under the BIM platform.(6)The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the full text and the prospects for the application of BIM to the protection of traditional residential houses in Huizhou.
