With the further acceleration of economic globalization and the increasingly open and mature market economy in China,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to seize the market,enhance their competitive strength,and seek more resources and profits,enterprises tend to achieve their strategic goals through mergers and acquisitions.The market of China's lead-acid battery industry tends to be saturated,and mergers and acquisitions often occur in recent years.However,merger and acquisition is easier and integration is more difficult.The key to the success of an enterprise's merger and acquisition behavior lies in the effectiveness of merger and acquisition integration to help the enterprise further develop.Merger and acquisition integration often involves the adjustment of business,organizational structure,finance,human resources,corporate culture and other aspects.Based on company mergers and acquisitions W and F integration process as the research object,the F integration process is divided into different aspects of division and finishing,and do the concrete analysis,in order to see more clear in which link what went wrong,why can appear these problems,on this basis,which can take countermeasures.This paper studies the F in the process of m&a integration,due to the government,policy,F the company's own funds pressure and the integration of "soft" elements and inadequate attention,caused the inadequate funds,further integration of m&a integration work efficiency is not high,the management mode of implementation,merger and acquisition of human resources integration problems,m&a cultural integration challenges,such as the impact of the external problems demanding prompt solution.On this basis,targeted put forward operational countermeasures and Suggestions:the government reasonable guidance;Provide policy support;More importantly,F company cannot do without its own efforts.First of all,it should improve the profitability;second,it should strengthen the allocation and integration of resources;at the same time,it should improve the risk awareness of mergers and acquisitions and establish risk management mechanism;third,it should pursue technological innovation and progress to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of enterprises;and finally,it should follow the development strategy of large enterprises and establish the enterprise brand effect.After the merger and acquisition of enterprises to go through an efficient integration process,so as to better play the positive effect of the merger and acquisition of enterprises.Therefore,after the completion of the merger and acquisition,how to properly deal with the integration problem,investigate its causes and implement countermeasures,in order to receive the effect of getting twice the result with half the effort,is crucial for the acquirer to achieve the acquisition purpose.This paper puts forward merger and acquisition integration Suggestions from various aspects,hoping to provide some reference for similar merger and acquisition cases.
