Zhongshan Urban Rail Transit Line 1 Study On Land Development Model Along The Line

In recent years,with the energy crisis and the shortage of land has become increasingly prominent,urban rail transit system has become a key step in urban planning and construction.To solve the problem of comprehensive development of urban rail transit and land along the route,it can not only provide sufficient funds for the construction of rail transit,but also attract foreign investment to invest in the land use and development of the region and promote the development of the surrounding economy along the traffic.This paper first introduces the theory and method of land development and utilization along the rail transit,and analyzes the existing achievements of the land development and utilization of the rail transit along the current situation at home and abroad,and leads to the land along the rail transit This paper systematically summarizes and expounds the theory of land use,the relationship between rail transit and its land along the land,the corridor effect of rail transit and TOD theory,making it a systematic theory of land development and utilization along the rail transit.Then,according to the influence of urban rail transit on the land use and the basic theory of TOD development model,this paper conducts field investigation on the land use around the urban subway line 1 in Zhongshan City,and analyzes the land development along the urban rail line 1 of Zhongshan City The status quo,to find out the existing problems,and finally based on the results of the study and the principles of all levels of the requirements of Zhongshan City,Metro Line 1 along the various sites around the land use development planning guidance and control strategy recommendations.
