With the development of social economy,especially the rapid economic growth in recent years in China,the number of car ownership keeps rising,bringing convenience to people’s lives,but also brings a lot of energy consumption and environmental pollution and other issues.To this end,governments of all countries have actively adjusted their energy structure,embarked on the development of new energy and clean energy,and actively developed the new energy automotive industry to meet the global demand for the atmosphere.Therefore,the development of new energy vehicles has been gotten more and more attention.New energy vehicles represented by pure electric vehicles are regarded as the future development direction.At present,in order to speed up the promotion of electric vehicles,charging infrastructure construction has no time to delay.This dissertation is to study the design of charging metering devices for pure electric vehicles.This dissertation through reading a large number of relevant technical literature,analysis of the current status of research on charging metering device at home and abroad,and put forward the research task of this subject.Firstly,the basic working principle of charge metering device was studied and analyzed.The domestic ATT7053BU chip was selected as the core chip for charging electric energy metering,and the performance and basic application method of the core chip were analyzed in detail.The dissertation designs the overall scheme of the system according to the system task goals and function requirements,and designs the hardware circuit of the system and the scheme of the software system.Next,this dissertation focuses on the design of the system’s hardware and software,the hardware circuits are designed based on ALTIUM DESIGNER software tools,which includs the basic MCU control circuit,system power supply circuit,relay control circuit,buzzer alarm circuit,charge detection and guidance circuit,safety protection circuit,RS232 communication serial port circuit,radio frequency identification module,and energy metering module with ATT7053BU single-phase metering chip as the core,and a reserved CAN bus interface circuit is also designed.The CodeWarrior software development environment is used to design the main program flow of the charging device,the power metering module program flow,the radio frequency identification module program flow,the touch screen module program flow,and the security alarm protection program flow.After the hardware circuit is completed,the basic experimental testing of the hardware circuit is performed at first,and the problem of designing and manufacturing the hardware circuit are not found.Then,based on the hardware,the software program is debugged,and the serial communication and SPI communication between the main control circuit and the touch screen interface and the energy metering module were basically realized.Finally,the RFID card reader,and the human-machine interaction of the touch screen,energy metering,security alarm,protection and other functions are realized..the results show that the research works achieve the desired objectives of the project. |
