With the development of the society, the number of retained motor vehicles has beenon the rise, which has made auto society formed gradually, as a result,the atmosphere hasbeen bring great pollution which from the car of city exhaust. At the same time, oil asnon-renewable resources is dried up. However, the high car empty loading rate in the citymakes the urban congestion and environmental deterioration worse. Research anddevelopment of personal electric vehicles which is smart, energy conservation andenvironmental protection are the need of social development. Under the background ofelectric vehicles related technology matured and the national policy supported to promotethe development of electric vehicles industrialization, this paper carried out onthe researchand design of appearance of personal electric vehicles’centralization.Thesis mainly carries on the research and design in the four parts which are personalelectric vehicles’ dashboard interface, navigation systems interface, centralizationappearance, and the light atmosphere in centralization. This paper find out a new way ofproduct design which based on human-computer interaction design process, combines thethree elements of product and the research of user demand. This way aims to develop theusability and user experience of the product which is from the theory of human-computerinteraction. Under this idea, the appearance of personal electric vehicles’ centralization isresearched and designed from the function level, aesthetic level, and emotional level in turn.Related theories in the field of human-computer interaction in electric vehicles are analyzed,and the user demands are investigated. On this basis, the paper summarizes four pointswhich are suitable for the appearance of personal electric vehicles’ centralization design.Finally, based on the new way of product design and the four points of the research anddesign to carry on the design practice, aiming to verify the feasibility of the research ideaand the design points, to provide a reference for future study.The research and design of personal electric vehicles are still in the primitive stage,and a lot of things need to be perfected and improved, therefore, strengthening the study ofpersonal electric vehicles is very necessary and valuable.
