| With distribution automation construction deepening and promoting continuously,distribution automation of operations management problem is presented and seriously affects the effects about distribution automation operation.Distribution automation system consists of master station,communication network and a large number of distributed terminals.When any part of operation and maintenance is out of service,it will affect the normal operation of distribution automation system,which is realized based on the good working condition of power distribution automation system secondary equipment and the online rate and a high level remote control and the success rate.The distribution automation secondary equipment usually adopts fault maintenance mode to only handle the fault equipment in turn,analyze the cause of the problem and locate fault difficultly.At present,there is a general shortage of distribution automation operation and maintenance personnel,so it is urgent to improve the efficiency of distribution automation operation and maintenance.It is very necessary to study the state evaluation of the distribution secondary equipment in advance.According to the main problems of distribution secondary equipment operation and maintenance,this paper analyzes the related links of distribution operation and maintenance,distribution secondary equipment operation and maintenance system,operation and maintenance support platform functional requirements.The current status of on-line monitoring of secondary equipment is analyzed,the evaluation model of secondary equipment in distribution automation is established by using analytic hierarchy process with comprehensive information of on-line monitoring,distribution network operation and patrol.The operation state of secondary power equipment is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive judgment method.Based on Jining Distribution Automation System,the secondary equipment status assessment and support system of distribution automation is designed and used to a real-time closed-loop operation and maintenance effect monitoring. |
