Research On The Quality Management Of ZH UHV Transmission Project

In recent years,through the development of large-scale and long-distance transmission projects and the comprehensive construction of UHV transmission projects in China,UHV transmission project is a complex system.Compared with conventional transmission projects,it has the characteristics of longer transmission lines,higher material and equipment technical conditions,higher engineering quality requirements,huge investment and so on.There are many problems in the process,such as complex and changeable working environment,environmental impact,more management and safety risk.Due to the particularity and importance of the UHV transmission project,its quality and technical requirements are high,so it is necessary to strengthen the quality control of the whole process.But the quality management of UHV transmission project lacks unified management system,the quality management system of design,supervision and construction is scattered and lack of connection with each other.Therefore,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the significance and characteristics of UHV AC transmission project construction,this paper clarifies the research significance of the quality management system of UHV transmission project and analyzes the possible problems in the construction of ZH UHV transmission project by consulting various construction codes and related literature.It is found that there are management defects in various stages of the project,decentralization of quality management systems of all parties,prevention and control of common quality defects,enforcement of mandatory provisions and so on,so as to construct the total quality management system of the ZH UHV transmission project,which includes four modules:prophase of the project,site construction,quality supervision and quality evaluation.Through the analysis of the relationship and management ability of all parties involved in the construction of the project,the above four modules are designed in detail,and the key links,management requirements and corresponding measures of quality management in each stage of the project construction are put forward.Then the guarantee measures of quality management system for the construction of quality management organization,training and information system are established to ensure ZH.UHV quality management system can operate efficiently.Finally,the research results of this paper are summarized and the application of quality management system for ZH special high voltage transmission project is prospected.
