Study On The Organization Procurement Of China Railway Materials Xi'An Limited Company

With the development of the moden logistic industry,the bulk material circulation enterprise in China has undergone significant changes in respect of the circulation area,the depth and extent of the circulation structure,among which,the purchase is the first step for the whole business of the circulation enterprise,which penetrates the whole business process and therefore is of uppermost priority in the circulation industry.With the continuous evolvement on the concept of organized management,the original purchase model of the state-owned bulk material circulation enterprise has been challenged,which also brought the new development opportunity in the meanwhile.This thesis takes China Railway Materials Xi'an Limited Company as an example,and introduces the current issues during the purchase regarding China Railway Materials by the analysis of the stock,the overall efficiency during the purchase process,the purchase efficiency,the purchase process as well as the supplier management of Xi'an Company,which is supported by the theory of the purchase and organized management.The current issues are:(1)No relevance between the purchase and the sale system,the purchase being the separate part,information asymmetry as well as the large stock.(2)taking the single purchase price as benchmark,ignorance of building a composite trading or deeply-cooperative relation between the upstream and downstream firms.(3)the long term of the purchasing cycle,the large occupation of the capital,the low efficiency of the purchase.(4)the disorganized management on the supplier.(5)the unclearness of the purchase process.To settle such issues,this thesis proposes the strategies regarding the systematism of the purchase process and the functional division,builds a model of the purchase systematism and presents an optimized strategy regarding the stock and price.Considering the importance of the supplier in the purchase regarding the circulation enterprise,the organized management of the supplier has been specially analyzed in Chapter Five,which also constructs an integrated evaluation index,points out the way of optimizing the management of the supplier and the incentive measures regarding the supplier.Hopefully,this thesis may provide beneficial suggestion and reference for the next step of the reform and development of the circulation enterprise.
