SD Company Project Material Supplier Evaluation System Construction And Selection Research

Material suppliers are important players in construction project management activities.Choosing the right supplier of building materials is an important condition for ensuring the quality,schedule and safety of construction projects.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and optimize the rational selection of building material suppliers,especially the research on the selection index system and method of building material suppliers.In the field of infrastructure construction,the project contracting model is constantly diversified.This paper focuses on the EPC model project as the research object.EPC increases the equipment and materials procurement and maintenance required in the construction compared with the traditional model,and the material accounts for the proportion of the overall project cost.Larger,if it can improve the management level of project materials procurement,it is of great significance to the overall construction project management cost and schedule control.One of the core of procurement management is supplier selection and management.Therefore,for EPC project general contracting companies,it is necessary to study how to optimize procurement mode and improve supplier selection and evaluation.This paper mainly studies the selection and evaluation of an EPC project supplier under construction by SD company on the basis of the existing research results of domestic and foreign scholars,and analyzes the development,selection and evaluation process of SD supplier suppliers.The status quo,found the problems in the company's material procurement,and then combined with the ABC procurement taxonomy and analytic hierarchy process,to provide the company with a better material procurement strategy,and to build a more comprehensive supplier selection and evaluation system for the company,and The company determined the final material supplier,combined with the individual's experience in work and research,proposed the development strategy for the SD company's procurement work,which has guiding significance for the company's future procurement management work,and applied to other company model projects.
