The rapid growth of wireless communication has promoted the rapid development of the microwave industry,represented by digital microwave communication,in the world.In all the technical fields of microwave industry,microwave switches are widely used in satellite communications,microwave communications,electronic countermeasures phased array radar and microwave testing systems?Throughout the microwave switch testing,the number of test items and test content has gradually increased,and the accuracy of the test and the speed of the test have also been improving.The traditional test efficiency of relying on single equipment and single parameters for manual testing is low,the time is long,the error brought in by the operation is high,and the test steps are cumbersome.It is no longer suitable for modern research and development.The study of more economical,accurate,precise and efficient microwave switch automatic testing and measurement technology has become very urgent.Localized microwave switches are already capable of producing 600 units per year,In order to complete the test of domestic microwave switch efficiently and of high quality,a more accurate and efficient automatic microwave switch detection system is needed to enable it to be automatically tested during the test phase?In order to meet the needs of comprehensive microwave switch test,establish and perfect the product ring mode test capability,supplement the test capability and meet the test requirement of the model,this paper constructs a set of automatic detection system of low-frequency microwave switch.The low frequency microwave switch automatic assembly test system is a kind of system integration detection system based on the form of "learning building blocks".The form covers the hardware platform technology scheme,the software platform technology scheme and the overall structure scheme.According to the working law and realistic monitoring conditions of the microwave switch to be tested,based on the research and analysis of the testable performance of the microwave switch and the technical development trend and design implementation method of the automated integrated test system,This test system combines the design requirements of "generalization,systematization,and combination" with the actual test application of the receiver / inverter switch component,and completes the design and implementation according to the overall technical scheme based on "core universal test platform + test application development".The system is divided into two parts: hardware and software,the hardware part mainly from the vector network analyzer,switching network,instruction drive and telemetry equipment,oscilloscope,power supply and so on system hardware equipment to the design of the hardware platform implementation detailed technical plan.The software part of the system is selected for Win7 Chinese version,and the development environment and driver development environment is selected for NI's LabWindows / CVI.This paper presents a detailed design scheme for the software from the interface,fault handling and security of the software system and user rights at the system level.
