In the construction of large pile foundation,rotary drilling rig is a highly integrated electromechanical and hydraulic product.It is the most advanced filling pile drilling equipment in the world.It has been widely used in road,bridge and high-rise building.The chassis of rotary drill rig is the foundation of the whole machine.The steel structure of the rotary platform of the chassis bears the torque and force transferred by the working device.In this paper,the stability of the rotary drill is considered first,and the design of the chassis is required.Through the study of the characteristics of rotary drill equipment,the variable-amplitude mechanism of key components affecting the performance of the machine and the different layout of the main winch structure are compared and analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the overall design of the chassis.This paper puts forward the main technical parameters of the chassis,and puts forward the overall structure design idea of the chassis according to the general design requirement that the chassis can adapt to two kinds of variable amplitude mechanism.Secondly,the model selection design was made for the key parts of the chassis of rotary drill,including the chassis extension cylinder,four-wheel belt,walking mechanism,tensioning device and rotary mechanism,etc.Besides,the force analysis of rotary mechanism was carried out by using ANSYS workbench,and the analysis results were compared with CAT336 D chassis.Finally,the general layout of the general crawler chassis of the rotary drill rig with medium and large tonnage is proposed,and a three-dimensional model is established using the software PRO/E,and a finite element model is established using the software ANSYS.Under the typical working conditions of two kinds of variable amplitude mechanism,the mechanical analysis of rotary platform is made.The analysis results provide the basis for the structure optimization design.At the same time,this paper has universal and practical value to the design of rotary drilling rig chassis,which can provide reference for the design and improvement. |
