The full hydraulic shock anchoring rig is a key hole forming equipment used in the field of anchoring support.The equipment has the advantages of high degree of automation and many kinds of construction methods.The quality of the equipment is directly related to the quality of the hole-forming and even the anchorage structure itself.With the continuous development of infrastructure and industrial facilities in China,the amount of anchoring and supporting works for deep foundation pits,mine tunnels,tunnels,water conservancy,railways,highways,slope sliding prevention and geological hazards prevention is increasing.An efficient,multi-functional anchoring drilling rig suitable for domestic engineering requirements has become In view of the urgent needs in the field of anchorage construction,this paper starts with the design and research of the whole machine and its working devices.This paper begins with the principle of anchoring support and the working principle of anchoring drilling rig,analyzes the application and shortcomings of existing technology in anchoring construction,and further determines the development and design direction and target of full hydraulic impact anchoring drilling rig.From the actual engineering requirements as a starting point,this paper analyzes and studies the various construction conditions of this kind of drilling rig,determines the basic functions and performance requirements of the drilling rig,and according to the requirements of the various functions of the system design and research.Secondly,according to the actual working conditions of drilling rigs,the overall dynamic and static stability is analyzed and calculated.Pr/E software is used to build three-dimensional model of the ultimate working condition obtained by calculation,and finite element analysis software is used to analyze the strength and stiffness of the whole machine and the key parts according to the actual working condition.The theoretical calculation method is used to verify that the key parts meet the design requirements of the drilling rig.Finally,the rationality of the design of the working device of the full hydraulic impact anchoring rig is verified by the engineering application of the foundation pit anchorage and the practical application.The research results of the working device of the full hydraulic impact anchoring rig provide a theoretical basis for the design of hydraulic impact power head.At the same time,the analysis and design of this paper has high versatility and engineering practice value,which can provide a reference for the design and improvement of related drilling rigs. |
