In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economic construction,infrastructure construction is also in full swing, so pile driving machinery is potential very much in the market. The full tube continuous drilling technology becomes the world’s most advanced technology in the construction piling field with its efficient, clean and low-noise. The structure of up and down detachable double power heads plays its unique advantages, such as the construction of high quality, short duration, high degree of mechanization, especially for the type of pile diameter greater than 800 mm, the overall performance of the rig is significantly higher than the other equipments. This thesis makes the corresponding introduction focuing on the full tube continuous rig with double power heads, and studes on its power plant and associated structures and system, to make new products can better meet the needs of future development.First, this thesis designs the load sensing hydraulic system of the power head through analyzing hydraulic energy saving control modes commonly used in construction machinery. Establishing mathematical models of load-sensing system analyzes the feasibility of the programs from the theoretical point of view, while it also provides theoretical basis for the simulation of the system. Features of the system is easy to control,but also has advantage of energy saving.Secondly, making a simulation for the hydraulic system of power head with AMESim software can draw the curves of speed, torque, flow and pressure. It also made a further verification for theoretical calculations, to make sure that the design of the system and setting of the parameters can meet the application requirements of the device.Again, given the structure and strength of the power head having a direct impact on the performance of the whole machine, the thesis designs the structure of double power heads and makes finite element analysis using software ANSYS Workbench for the main structural parts, to enable the program to save manufacturing costs and avoid unnecessary waste under the premise of safe operation of the rig.Finally, when considering the operation convenience of the rig, reasonablehuman-machine interaction is particularly important. Based HMI Developer-1.3 software this thesis designs the main interface and power head working interface, and verifies the feasibility of the design by running the software. It not only brings convenience for the operator, but also monitors the operational status of equipment better.
