| With the development of Internet and mobile Internet technologies,the maritime e-government informatization of S province has been developed.However,compared with other industries,there is still a certain gap in the breadth and depth of informationization,such as the incompleteness of maritime data mining,difficulties in the sharing of maritime information,and security risks in maritime information system,etc.On the basis of the maritime e-govemment construction status in the maritime administration of S province,the Hadoop technology based maritime e-goverment service platform of S province is proposed in this paper.It is different from the traditional maritime e-government construction model,this platform has the advantages of a safe operating environment,strong computing power,and strong storage capacity,etc.It enables ordinary users to participate in the management and supervision of maritime affairs,it can also improve the quality and the intelligent level of the maritime services,save the financial expenditure of the maritime government,promote the sharing of information among cross-level,trans-regrional and inter-departmental maritime agencies,and become an important support for improving the governance capabilities of maritime management,thereby,advancing the construction of "Smart City","Smart Maritime","One Belt One Road" in S Province.The main research contents and innovations of this thesis include:(1)Based on Delphi 7.0 platform,the Hadoop-based maritime e-government service platform of S Province is developed using SQL Server 2012 database and Hadoop technology,this platform is applied in the maritime e-governmment in S province.Compared with the original platform,the expansion capability is stronger,the hardware cost required is lower,the system reliability is higher,and the processing speed is faster.(2)The status quo of e-government construction of the maritime affairs bureau of S Pr-ovince is investigated and analyzed,the efficient maritime e-government management method is studied,a two-way information management model for the maritime affairs of S Province is presented,thus,the average user and the staff of the maritime affairs burcau can work together to participate in the management and supervision of maritime affairs.(3)The functional tests,performance tests,and stress tests are performed on the Hadoop-based maritime e-government service platform of S Province.Practical research is conducted in the areas of the big data storage,the big data processing,the information retrieval and the application effectiveness,etc.Compared to the current maritime e-government system in S province,this platform not only has stronger data storage,analysis and processing capabilities,but also has lower development and operating costs.Thus,it has considerable economic and technological benefits as well as broad application prospects. |
