Research On The Inducement Mechanism Of Owners And Contractors' Cooperatives Under The BOT+EPC Large-Section Model

In recent years,with the rapid development of expressways,the task of highway construction management has gradually increased,and the large-scale management model widely used in railway construction management has been introduced into the highway construction management.The study is to establish a mechanism for inducing the establishment of owners and contractors' cooperatives.The purpose is to form a systematic and effective approach based on issues such as low work enthusiasm,single rewards,and lags in bonuses,so as to promote mutual trust between the two parties and improve the positivity and enhance the efficiency of management.The article has conducted in-depth analysis of a large number of documents and field research results,the definition of large section management has been settled and further analysis of its characteristic.the analysis and the summary of the mode of BOT,EPC,and BOT+EPC has been made.In this paper,the Hubei Provincial Expressway Large-Scale Management Project is taken as the research area.The project owner,project management personnel,and on-site construction personnel are selected as the research objects and analyzed in terms of material,spiritual,reputation,and trust.Established a causality diagram based on the cooperation mechanism of the owner and contractor inducing mechanism under the BOT+EPC large-scale standard model,and analyzed each variable to establish a corresponding system dynamics flow diagram.The software VENSIMPLE was used to imitate reality of induce mechanism systematic dynamics.By analyzing the result of the variations of velocity,condition,assistance and the simulation of different policy which indicate the owners and contractors will build induce mechanism on the basement of believing in and The level of manage was improved,besides,the positivity of contractor was also enhanced.Thus,the efficiency is improved,and social resources was saved.Finally,the author came up with the measure of enhancing the credibility between owners and contractors and the induce policy.This passage used system dynamics to analysis the research of induce mechanism of the corporation of owners and contractors based on BOT+EPC environment.This is conducive to the development of the management model theory of large-scale expressway system and the theory of induced incentive mechanism.It also highlights the important role of the development of trust relationship in the field of engineering construction,and provides theoretical guidance for the construction of the credit system in the normative engineering field.
