Research On Micro-renewal Design Of Back Alleys In Tongzhou Old Town

The back alleys in the town are often the most ideal places to show the spirit of the town and the vitality of the residents.However,because the back alleys are often in the depths of the town,they have always been left out,and become a space with low quality and multiple problems happening.The back alleys of the old town are the material carriers that bear the cultural connotation and record people's lives.Therefore,the research and renewal of the back streets are both an indispensable factor for the protection of the town itself and for the improvement of people's lives.Based on the study of the history and culture of Tongzhou Old Town and inheriting the streets and towns,and combined with the investigation of the current situation of back alleys in the old town,it has defined and marked the data of back alleys of the old town.According to the scale characteristics of the alleys and its general influence on people's traffic patterns,the general characteristics and typical characteristics of different types of alleys are found.Based on the current situation research and data analysis,the existing universal problems in the alleys and the core problems of different types of alleys are summarized.Micro-renewal is regarded as an extension of the theory of organic renewal for two reasons,the first is that it has paid more attention to the maintenance of context.The second is that the angle of cutting in is more microscopic,and the method is more refined,and it can achieve the better effect through minimal intervention on the basis of protection,which is a better way to cater to the complex and diverse way of the renewal of the old town.The design method in this paper is the expansion and supplement of the micro-renewal theory based on the analysis of the status quo.It has provided some design methods for the renovation of the back street and little alleys in the old town from macroscopic to microscopic,which is expounded from the four aspects of the old town context and culture,environmental quality,space utilization and urban furniture,and some design methods are put forward for the renewal of the back streets and little alleys and some renewal methods are proposed for solving the core issues of different types of alleys.The design method in this paper is the expansion and supplement of the micro-renewal theory based on the analysis of the status quo.It has provided some design methods for the renovation of the back street and little alleys in the old town from macroscopic to microscopic,which is expounded from the four aspects of the old town context and culture,environmental quality,space utilization and urban furniture,and some design methods are put forward for the renewal of the back streets and little alleys and some renewal methods are proposed for solving the core issues of different types of alleys.
