Research On Space Design Ofhunan Traditional College

As a cultural and educational place,the academy bears the important mission of the education and dissemination of ancient Chinese traditional culture.In history,the architecture and landscape of the college have been harmoniously integrated,forming a unique spatial layout form to satisfy the three functions of “education,collection,and sacrifice”.At the same time,the environmental design concept of ancient Chinese literati has also been deeply reflected in it.With the changes of the times,the original architectural functions of the academy building have changed,but the academy still has far-reaching influence in many aspects such as historical and cultural heritage and landscape construction.Compared with other cultural buildings,the architecture of the college reflects the outstanding ideas in Chinese traditional culture in a more distinct manner,more directly showing the essence of excellent culture,and closer the relationship between culture and architectural space.The college buildings pay attention to the two aspects of order and harmony in the selection of site,form and construction space,which fully reflects the "ritual" and "le" system in the academy culture of our country and the humanistic feelings of the education in the landscape.And this is of increasing research value today.As the most densely populated and culturally influential Huxiang area in China,it has a glorious history of the development of the academy.Through the review of historical materials and field research,this paper sorts out the historical development of Hunan Academy and the traditional college building space,composition sequence and spatial form under the influence of Huxiang culture,and analyzes and contrasts through the construction and decoration techniques of the college building.And put forward the problem,the solution is summarized in the design of the architectural space of Tanzhou College.This paper combines the local human environment and natural environment,adopts modern design methods to express the traditional spatial order,pays attention to the diversification of design space functions,pays attention to the interaction between people and space,pays attention to the coordination relationship between architecture and landscape,and highlights the architectural landscape.The characteristics of spatial publicity and openness seek to allow different social groups to participate more directly,and to understand the traditional Chinese cultural spirit.
