Research On Packaging Design Of Daily Chemicals Under The Green Design Concept

With the increasingly serious environmental pollution problems in China and the urgent concern of the society on environmental protection issues,the environmental pollution problem of packaging has attracted great attention from all walks of life.As a major category of fast-moving consumer goods,packaging of daily chemical products has a huge amount of packaging waste and is increasing year by year.The negative environmental impact cannot be ignored.Therefore,the environmental pollution problem of daily chemical packaging needs to be explored from the design level to find a solution,which is of great significance for the protection of the environment and the long-term development of the packaging industry.The green design concept is of great significance for the environmental protection design of the product,but the green design concept is a generalized ideal concept.For the green design of a certain kind of products,there are various objective factors such as the current conditions,and it needs to be specific.Conditions were studied.This paper aims to explore the specific principles and methods applicable to the application of green design concepts to the packaging design of daily chemical products,and use this as a guide to develop design practices.The first and second chapters of the article analyze the content of the green design concept and draw the specific theoretical content applicable to the packaging design of daily chemical products,namely green packaging design,green service design and product life cycle design.Based on this,it guides the research of the latter research methods.The third chapter analyzes the current status of packaging of daily chemical products,and summarizes the environmental problems in the packaging of daily chemical products,including the selection of packaging materials,packaging saving problems,and short-lived packaging life cycle problems.The fourth chapter puts forward the corresponding design principles and methods based on the above three types of problems and the research of green design concept.The design principles include the principles of resource conservation,sustainable production,product competitiveness,and concept transmission.The design method includes the simplification of the packaging design,the environmental protection of the material use,the multi-functionality of the module design,the packaging form,and the service value of the packaging value.The fifth chapter completes the design practice of daily chemical packaging through the above principles and methods.
