"quality comes first in our mighty construction plan",engineering quality problem is always the first problem of construction engineering.Project quality relates to national development,social stability and people's life and property safety.Traditional engineering quality control methods is unitary,and the quality control awareness of managers is weak.Relying only on the traditional engineering quality control method cannot meet the development needs of informatization and industrialization in the construction industry.The emergence and development of BIM technology has proposed new ways and means for engineering quality control.By bringing in BIM technology to the process of engineering quality control,a more efficient and scientific engineering quality control system has been constructed,and more practical and appropriate quality control methods have been studied.It has important theoretical and practical significance for the development and research of engineering quality control.Based on the study of traditional quality control and BIM technology,this paper applies BIM technology to engineering quality control,explores the application of BIM technology in the whole process of project quality control,and applies the research results to the passive house project in fenglu court to verify the feasibility of the research.This paper first introduces the definition,characteristics of engineering project quality and typical methods of traditional project quality control,and states the deficiencies in construction project quality control.After studying the BIM technology concept,the paper introduces BIM technology into project quality control and analyzes the differences between traditional mode and BIM mode.Then build the BIM technology-based engineering quality control system in the design and construction stage,including team building and the division of quality control process.The PDCA quality control method is introduced in the quality control process of each stage to ensure the closed-loop control of engineering quality.The framework of BIM operation and maintenance quality control system is researched for the operation and maintenance stage.Then,the whole process quality control of the project based on BIM technology is studied,including the control of the influencing factors of project quality and the control of the design,construction,completion acceptance and operation and maintenance stage.Finally,the research conclusion was applied to the passive house project of fenglu garden,and the rationality and feasibility of the research results were verified through the specific application process and the specific benefits received from the project.Project quality control is an important link in the overall management of the construction project,and has a significant impact on the project safety,project cost,project schedule and other management contents.Under the background of constant innovation of computer technology,BIM technology is widely used in the construction industry.In this paper,BIM technology is applied in the whole process quality control of the project,providing references for the application and research of engineering practice.
