In recent years,the Chinese aviation industry has been developing rapidly,and the international security situation in the country,and after 9/11,the taliban terrorists who have been led by osama bin laden have introduced terrorist attacks to the civil aviation sector,hijacking a plane to the government for political blackmail,taking hostages or blowing up planes,has been the latest event of the terrorist activity,and the security of aviation is getting more and more difficult.Especially after the Hetian 629 hijacking incident in Xinjiang in 2012,the domestic civil aviation industry has gradually realized the importance of aviation security work and strengthened the construction of air security team.By reviewing the terrorist incidents of hijacking aircraft at home and abroad,based on the theories of safety management,aviation security management and criminal psychology,taking Airlines A as an example,combining with the actual work of air security personnel,the author summarizes the problems existing in the management of air security personnel of Airlines A,analyses the causes of the problems,and puts forward specific improvement measures.Especially,it explores and studies the salary structure and performance appraisal of air insurance personnel.This paper starts from theory and combines with the current situation of the management of air security personnel of A airlines.The author puts forward specific measures to improve the management of air security personnel of A airlines,in order to improve the management ability and level of air security personnel of A airlines,and has certain reference significance for other airlines to improve the management of air security personnel.
