Application Of Intelligent Technology In Home-based Old-age Residence

In today’s Chinese society,the phenomenon of population aging is becoming more and more prominent,and the accompanying pension problems are increasingly attracting people’s attention.The status quo of pension is not optimistic.Limited pension homes,apartments,community and other related facilities are not perfect,which lag far behind the good wishes of the elderly to enjoy their old age.Home-based pension is a very common form of pension in China,which is based on the actual national conditions.However,there are many drawbacks in this form of pension,such as backward pension equipment and related technologies,low efficiency of home-based pension services,and worrying service quality.The present situation of pension mode in China urgently needs the introduction of intelligent technology.If intelligent technology is introduced into home-based pension,the quality and efficiency of pension service will be significantly improved.Intelligent technology is one of the important measures to cope with the aging society in our country and ensure the elderly to spend their old age safely.The so-called intelligent home-based pension refers to the application of high-tech intelligent technology in daily housing,in order to provide a convenient and comfortable living space for the elderly.By means of data research,field investigation,inductive analysis and comparative study,this paper aims to promote the intellectualization of the old-age pension model in China,based on the investigation and analysis of the needs of the elderly in China,and effectively combines the application technology of intelligent technology in the field of old-age pension.It can improve the quality of life of the elderly.It helps.Firstly,it collects relevant documents and materials,expounds the application status,development prospects and main problems of intelligent home design of home-based pension mode,and the basic methods and principles of intelligent home design in modern residential design and application for the elderly,and the indoor environment design for the elderly living activities.The impact was analyzed.Secondly,through the form of questionnaire survey,this paper clarifies the current situation and demand characteristics of home-based care for the elderly in China,and studies the application of mature smart home products in foreign countries which are urgently needed by the elderly in China.Finally,the paper summarizes the problems of smart home in home-based pension,and looks forward to the future of intelligent pension model.
