Centrifugal compressor in petroleum,chemical,metallurgy,aerospace and other fields,compared with other types of compressors,with smaller volume,run more smoothly,the advantages of a larger flow of compression,so it is widely used.Due to the centrifugal compressor structure complex,if the fault cannot be timely detection and diagnosis,it will cause huge economic losses.The fault tree analysis method through the analysis of the vulnerability of the whole system,and complete the optimization of the equipment system to realize the prevention of mechanical equipment fault,plays a crucial role in the prevention,system fault analysis.So it is very important to carry out fault tree analysis of centrifugal compressor.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the working principle of centrifugal compressor,the centrifugal compressor fault potential systematic classification,and in strict accordance with the fault tree analysis method,the reasons of failure of centrifugal compressor and the form shown by some logical relations,and the factors of fault analysis system.Using the deductive analysis method,the fault types of various parts in the system are found out,and the failure mode of the centrifugal compressor is analyzed,and the detailed overall fault tree is established.(2)With the fault tree established in the paper,the overall system of centrifugal compressor and the flow system,bearing system,sealing system,auxiliary system of four subsystems of detailed qualitative analysis,qualitative analysis is the main method of using fault tree analysis method in the downlink,the minimum fault caused by fault of centrifugal compressor unit the overall system,the unit is the minimum cut set.(3)Based on the fault tree and qualitative analysis,the quantitative analysis of the system is carried out based on the fuzzy number theory.Based on the fuzzy probability value of each bottom event,the importance of the minimal cut set to the overall system fault of the centrifugal compressor is calculated,and the critical bottom events and the weak link of the overall system fault are obtained.On the basis of this,some suggestions are put forward to improve the reliability of the whole system,so as to improve the reliability of the whole system.In summary,through the construction of centrifugal compressor fault tree,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,it pointed out the weak links of each subsystem,and made useful contribution to the improvement of the reliability of centrifugal compressor.
