| Quality is the fundamental core for the survival and development of companies.With the development of society,the competition among companies has become more and more fierce.As the technical gap becoming smaller and smaller,company will have advantage in the market with products that have good quality and competitive price.Therefore,in order for long-term,stable development,we must put quality in the first place in carrying out production,strengthen product quality management,reduce scrap rate and save the cost,so as to improve the companies’ core competitiveness and market share.This paper focuses on the actual problems encountered in the quality management of the A model engine in 2014.Applying Quality management methods such as Pareto chart,fishbone diagram,statistical process control charts,PDCA etc.,systematically analysed the aspects of supplier management,personnel management,production process,etc.Several problems in supplier quality management,quality control of production process have been found.The company set up a special quality control team(referred to as the ’QC team’)in an effort to solve these problems.I,myself,as the leader of the quality control department also participated in the QC team.After brainstorming of the team members,many useful improvement plans have been proposed.After the implement and continuous modification and perfection of the improvement plans,the products’ quality as well as the company’s quality management ability has been improved greatly and the expected targets have been achieved.Through the study and promotion of the quality improvement activities,the quality consciousness and team morale of the whole company have been improved unprecedentedly which has laid a solid foundation for the company to further improve the quality management system in the long run. |
