Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the electricity industry breaking the monopoly in many western countries,the step of the reform of the electricity system in China has been further accelerated.In March 15,2015,the pass of<Certain Opinions of the further deepening the reform of the electricity system>brings the reform of China’s electricity system into a substantive stage.The vertically integrated mode of monopoly disappeared,the electricity market is gradually changing from state monopoly to free competition.The paper is based on the new round of electricity system reform,first it introduces the research status at native and abroad,then introduces the marketing theory and the electricity marketing.On this foundation,with the methods of literature study,integration of theory and practice and summarizes the inductive method,the paper analyses the current situation of electricity market in A City focusing on the PEST Macro-environment Analysis model and Porter’s five-strength model.With the subdivision of the electricity market in A City and the extensive questionnaire with universal significance,the paper provides a reference for the formulation of the marketing strategy of the A City and analyses the marketing organizational structure and work system of A city elaborating the problems and the reasons existing in the electricity marketing of A City,and formulates marketing strategy including Service marketing strategy,electricity product strategy,electricity price strategy,electricity sales combination strategy and high quality service strategy and so on.
