Research On The Influence Of Lightning Fault On High Voltage Overhead Power Distribution Lines On Reliability Of Wuming Power Grid

In recent years,Chinese social electricity consumption has increased rapidly with the development of economy,and the demand of power users for electricity has also increased from the initial "use electricity" to a new height of "use electricity well".Both the state power regulatory department and the power supply enterprises regard ensuring the quality of power supply as a core task and evaluation index.How to improve the reliability of power supply has also become a key research topic for the power research institutions and power supply enterprises everywhere.Wuming power supply Co.,Ltd.is engaged in the planning,construction,operation and maintenance of power transmission and distribution lines in Wuming,Nanning,Guangxi.According to many years of work experience and directive rules for power system operation,we found that among the many factors affecting the reliability of power supply network in Wuming,the trip of power distribution lines caused by lightning strikes is one of the most important factors and the most difficult to predict and prevent.Therefore,it is an important problem to be solved for Wuming power grid to analyze the lightning strike situation of power distribution lines in Wuming,study the influence of lightning protection on high voltage overhead power distribution lines on reliability of Wuming power grid,deeply analyze the causes of the problems,sum up successful experiences and lessons of failure,and put forward practical measures or suggestions to improve the reliability of power supply.The author takes the situation of high voltage overhead power distribution lines in Wuming,Nanning,Guangxi as the research object,through consulting the existing literature about the lightning discharge principle of the power lines,combining with the historical statistics of the power department on the lightning strike faults of high voltage overhead power distribution lines in Wuming,and using the methods of statistical analysis and case calculation,study the factors and degree of lightning protection on high voltage overhead power distribution lines affects the reliability of Wuming power grid,the author analyzes the lightning strike situation and protection effect of the local existing high voltage overhead power distribution lines in depth,points out the shortcomings of the existing lightning protection measures,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions for rectification or prevention and control measures.It is hoped that when planning,construction,operation and maintenance of the power grid in Wuming are carried out,it can provide useful reference and assistance when it is necessary to improve the reliability of power supply by reducing lightning damage of the lines.
