Study On Landscape Design Of Modern High-tech Parks

Since the 1980s,high-tech parks have been set up across China,after decades,which have promoted the economy of China in a very good way.Meanwhile,there is an upsurge of building high-tech parks all over the country,which could not be isolated from the landscape environment which played a vital role.Talents and enterprises are more attractive to landscape environment.Through looking into the high-tech parks at home and abroad,there are many design problems existed in the current high-tech park landscape planning,such as unreasonable functional layout,high proportion of artificial landscape,not enough attention of ecosystem,lacking of humanization in landscape design,inorganic integration between region and corporate culture etc.Foundation on the unique characteristic of landscape and people in the high-tech parks,combined with the dissecting of Insigma 's Cixi Smart Valley landscape design,working on how to create an advanced high-tech park with livable,suitable,learnable,and travelable properties are becoming essentials.An entire change of building high-tech parks already occurred in the last decades,from being conducted by government to introduced,opened to the market,as it was,the landscape essence changed accordingly.this paper worked out common problems,using the theory into landscape planning and design when it comes to principles and strategies.The park building will be conducted by corporations in the future,facing the market-oriented economy,we summarize the design principles an design tactics on"functional layout,open space,element of architectural landscape,application of science and technology culture.We summarize the design principles an design tactics,make a prospect of how to develop tech parks,build a“Green,Wisdom,Coordination,Humanity " high-tech parks under those theory.
