Research On Regional Design Of Huizhou District B&B Building

In recent years,the government's construction of beautiful villages has been carried out in an intensive layout.The country is constantly improving the infrastructure of the village.Local villages,village libraries,and rural people's communes are all in full swing.With its unique resource advantages and original ecological culture,the B&B has become a strategic industry for rural construction.For example,Zhejiang Songyang,Huizhou,Zhejiang Tonglu and Moganshan have given strong support to local residents.I hope that it will accelerate the development of the local economy and the continuous protection of local culture.Nowadays,more and more people are bidding farewell to the fast-paced life of the city.In the weekend,they hope to go to the surrounding villages to find a slow-paced comfort,which has created a short-distance demand for homestay.According to relevant statistics,the consumption level of domestic B&Bs has increased from 1.5 billion in 2012 to 19 billion in 2018,indicating that the development of B&B in recent years is at a high growth stage.People who come to different areas for a homestay experience want to feel different regional cultures in different regions.However,in the process of vigorous development of the hotel industry in recent years,due to the business owners of the hotel,the relevant industry designers have not prepared for the situation in the face of this world surge,which has caused a series of problems: For example,the homogenization of the design of the B&Bs in various places is serious.The problem of “going and staying” in the main idea of the project is not in place.The regional design of the B&B is not accurate,and there is still a certain lack of in-depth experience of the B&B.The main problem is the development of the regional design of the B&B.Moreover,China has a high degree of attention on the hot topic of B&B,but the research results are relatively small.Therefore,the relationship between the design of the hotel we are studying and the regional culture is very crucial.Therefore,this paper narrows the regional scope to the Huizhou area.Based on the design practice of the hotel in Huizhou,the author hopes to explore the relationship between the research and the regionality,and proceed from the regional design of the hotel.I hope that through the research and analysis,I can get the experience in the regional design of Huizhou B&B.In the course of the research on the regional nature of Huizhou area,this paper firstly expounds the definition concept of Huizhou area and B&B,explains the researchbackground and current situation of the local design of the B&B,and expresses the research purpose and significance of the paper..Then it is to explain the relevant concepts of regionality,and discuss the basic principles of the regional design of the B&B,focusing on the regional meaning of the B&B.Subsequently,it analyzes the background of the regional design of Huizhou B&B,and considers the factors considered in the regional architecture of Huizhou,the overview of Huizhou architectural unit and group prototype,and the regional structural characteristics of Huizhou to explore the regional characteristics of Huizhou.It is followed by an analysis of the regional creative strategy of Huizhou B&B.From the three aspects of design concept,design method and detailed design,the substantive design of the B&B area is carried out,and the main direction of the B&B design is proposed.Practical issues in design techniques and the use of regional elements.Through the practice cases of Nanshan B&B in Taoyuan Village,Huizhou,the relevant design points of Huizhou B&B are verified.Finally,the regional design of Huizhou B&B is considered and forecasted.
