| Today,with the rapid economic development,the pace of urbanization is accelerating,and the scale of urban central heating system is getting larger and larger.Now,the original heating system is carried out in accordance with the traditional heating system design,this will cause the proximal system working pressure head too much,the throttling losses,and distal working pressure head insufficient phenomenon.The centralized heating system not only has large energy consumption for transmission and distribution,but also easily produces uneven heat and cold.In the face of existing problems,some scholars have proposed distributed distribution heating systems.With the continuous development of frequency conversion technology and pump production technology in recent years,the distributed distribution heating systems have become a hot research in the heating industry.This paper takes a residential area in Changchun as a practical engineering case and takes the secondary network of heating system as the research object.Through theoretical analysis and experimental comparative study,the application study of energy saving of distributed heating system is conducted.First of all,this paper introduces the composition and operation adjustment mode of the traditional centralized power heating system,analyzes theoretically the throttling loss existing in the traditional centralized power heating system,and analyzes the influence of throttling loss on the heating system through theoretical calculation.At the same time,it also discusses the meaning of the throttle loss of different systems.Secondly,the formation and work principle of the distributed heating system,and the impact factors that affect the efficiency of the distributed heating system,the theory analyzes the initial investment and recovery period of the distributed heating system.Simulation test bench at the same time,respectively to the traditional centralized power heating system,distributed heating system,circulating pump in the water supply line and return pipe distributed pipeline heating system is the experimental research on the road.According to the theoretical calculation,the influence of non-throttling loss on different systems is calculated,among which the influence on heating system is minimal,the influence on water supply system is centered,and the influence on refrigeration system is greatest.It is analyze by that experimental data that in the same operating condition and the equivalent heat load,the distribute district heating system savesapproximately 20% of the electric consumption compared to the traditional centralize power heating system.In the end,it is an example,using a static evaluation method in the economy of engineering to analyze the engineering,and the results show that the modified project satisfies the technical specifications of the industry,and its initial investment recovery period is about three years,below the industry baseline recovery period.The research oft this paper will provide a reference for the engineering construction and transformation of distributed heating system. |
