In recent years,with the continuous development of China's national economy and the accelerating urbanization process,urban architecture is constantly developing to high altitude and underground.Urban infrastructure and urbanization must be coordinated.The silo structure of all kinds of high space has become one of the signs of urban resource reserve capacity.The hydraulic sliding form is a construction method of cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure which occurs with the construction of the silo structure.This method has significant advantages in the construction of modern large coal bunker structure.It can improve the mechanization level of concrete structure construction of coal bunker and save a lot of formwork.At the same time,the concrete construction has high continuity,good quality and overall stability.It not only saves building materials but also reduces the occupation of construction sites.The comprehensive benefits are remarkable.Applying the hydraulic sliding mode process to various silos,workshops,high-rise houses and highway bridge construction is a common practice of various construction enterprises in the new era.This paper summarizes the development and application of hydraulic slipform technology at home and abroad,then introduces the composition of the hydraulic slipform construction system,including the construction design requirements of the three major systems of the template,operating platform and hydraulic system in the main system,as well as the auxiliary system.A detailed description of the accuracy control and the hydropower system.At the same time,the actual combination of a reserve coal bunker project,specifically for the selection,design,verification and construction of the device using the hydraulic sliding mode process in the construction of silo structure,the quality and safety problems that may occur in the engineering operation It is proposed and the corresponding solution is given.Through the analysis and research on the actual engineering using hydraulic sliding mode construction,we can conclude that:1)The one-time assembled hydraulic sliding mode device can realize the continuous construction of the main structure of the silo,without the need for scaffolding,or the erection of the stencil,saving time and labor costs,reducing the construction cost and improving the comprehensive benefits of the project;2)The hydraulic jack mounted on the supporting rod drives the whole platform up,which not only ensures the continuity of the hydraulic sliding form construction,but also ensures the overall quality of the construction and shortens the construction time.It also reduces the increase of the number of construction joints brought about by the traditional formwork construction,and the flat and smooth facade of the structure,which improves the overall beauty of the building.3)The hydraulic sliding formwork rigid platform is used as the supporting structure to carry on the silo top structure construction,the PKPM software is used to analyze the displacement of the rigid platform in the top four construction sections.It is found that the third section construction will produce a large vertical displacement of the rigid platform.
