Soils is the most common structure on the ground of coal mine.The soils are charactered with high body,larger diameter and with soil roof.Soil-wall was constructed by slip form technology.But the construction of soil roof with conical shell structure is difficult,so it is usually constructed by setting up full scaffoldings.The purpose is not only increasing the cost and slowing down the construction progress,but also reducing the superiority of the slip form technology.To solve the problems above,avoiding the use of conventional Full Support Act,this paper intends to develop a safe and convenient template-self-supporting system of conical shelling and warehouse-roof silo structure for the phase of construction.Taking this measure can speed up the construction progress,ensure the quality of construction,reduce the amount of labor input and achieve obvious economic benefit.In this paper,the following work are taking:1?Developing a 30m-diameter model.The model use spatial grid form to establish support platform of slab-roof-silo during construction.2.Using ANSYS to establish support platform for finite element analysis,to analyze the strength,deformation and stability problems in different conditions.3.Building template and support system of cone-shell warehouse roof of 30m silo during cone wall construction and using ANSYS for finite element,in order to calculate the security and stability of the system in the phase of concrete not pouring,half-full pouring,poured and the construction of beams and board of warehouse roof.4?Conducting modular design for the established self-support system of cone-shell warehouse roof construction,at the same time,promoting and applying to the silo structure of 3m modulus,for example,18m,21m,24m,27m diameter,etc.In this case,the self-support system can be reused,and to promote the application in engineering practice.
