With the great increase in urban population and the land resource being scarce gradually in current days, the hydraulic pressure slip form has become one of the on-site concrete techniques along with the high-rise construction growing in quantity unceasingly. Compared with other construction techniques, this kind of technique has always been characteristic as being suitable for cast-in-place concrete structure, high mechanization, needing much less lumbers and manpower, speeding up the construction period, preferable integrity in structure and earthquake resistance ability as well as the stability. Specially, the technology may display better and fully its superiority when applied in the tube wall structure and the high-rise construction. Considering the seriously tight time requested by developers and the construction side always reducing the turnover of slip form and the frame as far as possible stemming from the goal to speed up the construction progress and reduce the construction cost, it is so much easier to be happy that the prospect for slip form technology development would be very broad, however, up to now, the applied research on this modern construction technique has also been insufficient to great extent.The paper has reviewed the development process for slip form construction technique, introduced the application slip form construction technique presently, as well as made the detailed introduction and analysis to the trend of development in the domestic application.In addition, unifying the example in Xian yang 600,000 ton per year methyl alcohol project, the paper has conducted the entire process research to the silo construction slip form construction, has studied the design of hydraulic pressure slip form system in turn including the hydraulic pressure lift system design, the template system design and the electrical system design, template system's installment, slip form construction, slip form system's demolition, safety work measures as well as quality assurance ways. Besides, as for the frequent problems in the slip form construction, the paper has proposed the corresponding regulatory measures, which have solved the technical problems scientifically in construction process, have determined reasonably design proposal for slippery and the mounting technique ingredients as well as optimized and consummated the utilization for slip form craft in the pre-stressed silo construction.
