| Aiming at the problems that the recommended stress profile given by GJB899 can not fully meet the requirements of reliability evaluation test for ship-borne electronic equipment, such as long reliability test period and inadequate evaluation, the design and evaluation methods of reliability evaluation test scheme for ship-borne electronic equipment are studied.Firstly, based on the limitations of the internal field reliability test, using the method of internal and external field comprehensive evaluation, based on the Bayes theory,a comprehensive evaluation method for the reliability of ship-borne electronic equipment is proposed, which makes full use of the identification and use information of similar equipment, and the equipment The reliability data of joint test, mooring, navigation and other test stages, the results of in-field reliability test, comprehensive evaluation of the reliability of ship-borne electronic equipment, effectively improve the reliability of the reliability assessment and the credibility of the evaluation results.SexSecondly, according to the analysis of the life profile of the shipboard electronic equipment, the mission profile and its main environmental factors, the environmental profile of the shipboard electronic equipment is determined;for a certain type of ship-borne electronic equipment, its environmental characteristics, stress characteristics and environmental correlation are On the basis of the analysis, the vibration environmental stress is measured under different task profiles, and the measured data is edited and summarized, and the reliability comprehensive test section based on the measured stress is constructed. The measured stress comprehensive environment is constructed.Based on the profile, the design of the field reliability appraisal test plan for a certain type of shipboard electronic equipment is designed.Taking a certain type of shipboard electronic equipment as the object, the reliability of the evaluation technology is verified by the above method, which verifies the correctness of the evaluation technology and the reliability of a certain type of shipboard electronic equipment. |
