As an important tool in enterprise human resources management,performance management is gradually applied to the construction of enterprise’s development.Performance management can help employees to find problems,to improve work performance and to achieve the goals of the enterprise.Middle level managers in the enterprise identify managers,but also the identity subordinates.There are big differences between each other.Middle level managers not only according to the command of top management and tasks for the arrangement of the work plan,but also lead the department members to achieve goals.The stand or fall of middle management work has an important influence on the management and development of the enterprise.This article selects the AC Company as the research object,discussing middle managers the important influence to the performance management of reality.First of all,this paper introduces the performance and performance management of related theory and the basis and introduces several common methods of performance appraisal.Through the diagnosis of the company performance management present situation,analyze the level of the specific problems existing in performance management;Second,integrating use of performance management of related theory and technology,combining with the company enterprise culture and performance management system,optimized the middle manager performance management system;Finally,In the performance management of performance plans,performance implementation,performance evaluation,performance feedback and improvement,performance evaluation results of application and so on five stages to comb,put forward the improvement scheme.Explain the middle management role and emphasize the importance of middle managers communication and the role of incentives.Through training the managers,made them understood the operation of the performance management process and operation method.Using PDCA cycle,to make performance management system is a dynamic,effective scientific management system,so the performance management system can provide effective support for enterprise strategy implementation.
