In order to develop composite air filter material for fresh air system,a test device for filtration performance was established according to international and national standards.The test and performance of polypropylene needle-punched and melt-blown filter materials were studied.A polypropylene needle-punched filter material was selected as the base cloth of composite filter material.9 kinds of PAN nanofibrous membrane with orthogonal test were deposited on the preferred base cloth to prepare the composite filter materials,the grey clustering analysis was used to evaluate synthetically based on the filtration performance,the practical application of the optimized composite filter material were also investigated.The results show that the filtration performances of polypropylene needle punched filters combined with PAN nanofibrous membrane are improved obviously.The filterability and antimicrobial property of the electrospinning solution were tested by adding silver powder of different mass fraction in the electrospinning solution with the optimized electrospinning process parameters.The results show that the filtration performance of PAN nanofiber/PP needled nonwovens composite is not affected by the addition of silver powder,and the antibacterial property is improved.Three kinds of KNG-CZ030 conductive graphene microplates with different concentrations were dissolved in the spinning solution,and the optimized electrospinning parameters were used to prepare the graphene PAN nanofiber/PP needled nonwovens composite.The properties were evaluated by grey cluster analysis.The results showed that after adding graphene,the filtration performance of PAN nanofiber/PP needled nonwovens composite was obviously improved,and the fracture strength and antibacterial rate were improved.PAN nanofibers/PP needled nonwovens composites containing nano-silver were applied to KJ1000F fresh air purification unit of Shijiazhuang Maiyue Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.in Classroom A.PAN nanofibers/PP needled nonwovens composites containing graphene were applied to KJ1000F fresh air of Shijiazhuang Maiyue Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.in Classroom B.On the purification unit of the system,the same type of fresh air system using glass fiber melt-blown filter material will be installed in C classroom with the same area,orientation,structure and number of people.The results show that the PM2.5.5 concentration of the two classrooms is less than 0.03 mg/m3,the average particle concentration of A and B classrooms is lower than 10%of C classrooms,and the energy consumption of fresh air system is lower than 20%of C classrooms.It can be seen that PAN nanofiber membrane composite air filtration material can significantly improve the filtration performance of fresh air system.
