Power quality issues as a major issue of power system,has been continuously concerned by the national government and the power grid companies from all over the world.As the state pays more and more attention to the index of "Getting Electricity",power supply enterprises must ensure reliable power supply and provide high-quality power supply and power services.The effective control of utility grid harmonic pollution is an effective response to the power quality requirements and responsibilities for the supply and demand sides of the power grid,in order to clear the responsibility of harmonic,thereby improving the power quality of the utility grid,improve the efficiency of data transmission.Therefore,the comprehensive management of the power grid harmonic pollution has broad application prospects and practical significance.From the view of system software design,the harmonic power flow calculation method and implementation process based on the grid modeling and the topological analysis was put forward,based on which the harmonic state estimation methods,and the power grid harmonic source location and emission level evaluation method were researched,and then the design scheme of the power grid harmonic source location and monitoring system were detailed discussed,which include system design,function module design and database design in order to contribute to achieve efficient and reliable scheme for the power grid harmonic source location monitoring system.The main achievements are as follows:(1)A calculation method for the harmonic power flow was designed,which is based on the accurate modeling of the grid element,and contribute to the the network topology structure analysis,the detailed process and realization method of the algorithm structure on the harmonic power flow calculation are presented.(2)The harmonic state estimation method was analysed based on the harmonic power flow calculation method and its implementation process are presented,and a scheme of harmonic state estimation based on simplified calculation model was formed,then the example was verified..(3)On the basis of the first two studies,the evaluation method of harmonic source localization and emission level was analyse based on the real time monitoring of harmonic current and examples of practical systems are also presented.(4)In the foundation of the above research,a power grid harmonic source location and monitoring system was designed and introduced in detail,which combined harmonic power flow calculation,harmonic state estimation,harmonic source location and emission level evaluation.,then the overall scheme,system structure,functional modules,application examples and other technical features were presented.
