| With the high-speed economic development today,as the electrical load increase year by year,the policy of industry structure,allocate energy and urban and rural environment,space conditions such as external factors on the smooth and safe operation of the distribution network put forward higher requirements.The development and construction of distribution network should consider the growth of power demand and the spatial distribution of load.Must clearly be guided by the market and the public’s demand direction,economic and social benefit to be balanced,in order to ensure the sustainability of the electric power industry,ensure that the market play the right role in the allocation of resources,and in the promotion and development of distribution network construction,must reflect the macroscopic,direction and guidance of industry planning,increases the efficiency of energy utilization,update the technology innovation of urban power grid,the grid in order to ensure the city green,safe,sustainable and create the conditions of economic operation.Liaocheng city central district power grid faces a low standard of planning and design,equipment aging,source,and many other issues,less for rapid economic development of the medium and small cities construction has the effect of a typical representative of the transforming work of the distribution network.Today,with the constant development of urban construction,the construction of urban distribution network in urban infrastructure construction has an irreplaceable role in the process,so all of the power supply enterprise has enough attention for distribution network planning study.In view of this,this paper carried out the following research work:First of all,in this paper,pressure distribution network space truss structure of the low voltage distribution network stability,reliability,and quality of power supply plays an important role,and has an important impact on construction of city distribution network.On the basis of the analysis of the 10 kv distribution network eccn structure,power distribution equipment,substation,switching station,ring network cabinet and the planning and technical principle of distribution channels,and focus on areas of the city distribution network optimization scheme.Second,intelligent area construction are analyzed theoretically and the application of active repair is a good way to solve the distribution equipment running status can not timely prevention and real-time control problem.And then introduced the intelligent area construction scheme and on this basis,the active repair and with variable three-phase load automatic balance system application.Finally,in view of the continuous improvement of power quality requirements of power customers,this paper analyzes the on-line detection and distribution network electrification detection system.In order to develop the reliability of power grid equipment and operation and maintenance management,carry out targeted maintenance and immediate troubleshooting,and carry out the detection of power grid equipment status. |
