| In recent years,the construction of China’s expressway is in a period of rapid development.In 1988,China’s first expressway,Hujia Expressway,was completed and opened to traffic.After more than 30 years of development,the total mileage of China’s expressway completed and opened to traffic has exceeded 130,000 kilometers.For the world first.The huge highway operating mileage has brought serious challenges to its operation and management.Highway managers need to pay high repair costs every year to maintain the normal operation of the transportation network.The traditional repair plan selection method does not consider the overall transportation network.Performance,ignoring the improvement of road capacity,obviously does not make the limited repair funds to maximize the benefits.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a method for selecting road repair schemes based on network reliability.From the perspective of highway managers,the paper firstly sorts out related literatures at home and abroad,puts forward the shortcomings of previous research on highway network repair schemes,and clarifies the research problems and solutions of this paper.Secondly,it analyzes the performance of traffic network.The influencing factors of decision-making and the decision-making optimization goal are analyzed.Then,the influence mechanism of road repairing scheme on network performance is analyzed.The influence of road section age on road capacity and repair cost is analyzed in detail.The network performance index of this paper is defined.The ability to maintain its service level under unexpected conditions is based on network reliability to evaluate the network performance of the transportation network.At the same time,considering the user’s travel behavior choice,the double-layer planning model is used to obtain the optimal repair plan.Finally,the calculation results are given,and the sensitivity of the relevant model parameters is analyzed to test the validity of the model.The results show that compared with the traditional repair scheme,the repair scheme under this model quantifies the relationship between the repair cost and the overall performance of the network,and clarifies the improvement level of the traffic network reliability under different repair costs.The feasibility of the model is illustrated by an example.And it analyzes the improvement of network reliability under different traffic demand and user service level,and the network reliability under different repair costs,which can provide effective reference for road managers. |
