| Rural development is an important topic that China has attached great importance to from the top down.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of the research on the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",a series of rural strategies such as rural revitalization,beautiful rural construction and rural complex construction have been implemented.The countryside has ushered in another climax of development and construction.The research object of this paper,the river valley rural belt,is a special kind of rural cluster.They are located in the valley between the two mountains.The development of these areas has long been restricted by factors such as insufficient land use,ecological sensitivity and inconvenient transportation.It has long been ignored by governments,researchers and companies.But its unique landscape value is a valuable resource worthy of attention.Due to its particularity and sensitivity,the construction of the river valley rural belt must be carried out under the premise of scientific evaluation.This paper tries to evaluate the existing problems through the evaluation of the landscape of the river valley,and proposes its optimization strategy.Based on the study of the general characteristics of the landscape in river valley rural belt,this paper believes that the development and utilization should adhere to the ecological protection and cultural inheritance,and vigorously develop the tertiary industry,which mainly focuses on the cultural tourism industry,and at the same time promote the development of the primary and secondary industries.Its landscape evaluation and optimization follows the following principles:①Put ecological protection first,and ensure the stability and safety of its ecological functions.② Protect regional culture,protect and utilize settlements with high cultural value,improve the conflict between settlements and ecological environment,improve the public service level of settlements and enhance the habitability.③ Improve the efficiency of the industry,rationally arrange the agricultural landscape,and improve the conflict between the productive landscape and the ecological environment.Under the guidance of this principle,the Wuliu line river valley rural belt is taken as the specific research object,and the system framework of its landscape evaluation is constructed.The problems in the three aspects of ecology,life and production of the landscape were evaluated and summarized,and the optimization strategy was put forward:① The ecological corridor structure of "one horizontal and multiple shots" was repaired,and a stable ecological security pattern was formed through the“source-corridor-strategic point”layout,and the layout of unreasonable elements was adjusted.② Implement space control on construction land,carry out sequential development strategies for each village,and at the same time,build a central service point in the Yangjiashan-Xiliu Village area.③ Planning the "two belts,three districts,multiple points" industrial layout structure,combined with the advantages of each village layout,is the implementation of different development strategies for each village node.The use of existing special agricultural resources to implement the construction of "one village,one product".At the same time,promote the use of new agricultural technologies to improve agricultural efficiency.Finally,through the study of the general characteristics of the river valley rural belt and the special case of the Wuliu line,this paper summarizes the main difficulties in the planning and utilization of the river valley rural belt:① Ecological sensitivity:The mountainous landscape and continuous water body in the valley and rural areas are the most important and most sensitive ecological elements in the regional ecology.This landscape pattern determines the ecological destruction of any node in the valley and will lead to the overall ecology in space.The barrier.② Territorial use of land:In the geographical space of two mountains and one water,agricultural and construction land is squeezed by mountains and water bodies,and it is difficult to form large-scale agricultural production areas and concentrated construction areas,which limits the development of local economies of scale.③ Inconvenient transportation:Due to the mountain system,the traffic lacks communication with the outside.Generally,only one main traffic artery exists along the river valley,causing the internal traffic to completely overlap with the external-traffic.The inconvenience of transportation also restricts the development of regional industries. |
