Research On The Landscape Conservation And Renewal Design Of Spring Villages Based On The Evaluation Of Traditional Village Landscape Resources

In the context of the national efforts to revitalize the countryside,the protection and construction of traditional villages are receiving more and more attention,and the Ministry of Housing and Construction,together with other relevant departments,has issued aseries of policies to guide the protection and development of traditional villages one after another.However,with the advancement of urbanization,the internal and external conflicts of traditional villages are intensifying,and the environmental conditions of villages are deteriorating,which restricts the development of traditional villages.As a non-renew able cultural heritage resource,traditional villages should be given more attention,and their protection and renewal design should have clearer legal regulations and implementation guarantee.In this context,in order to explore the ways of traditional village conservation and renewal design,this paper selects Spring Village,the only Chinese traditional village in Wanzhou District,which is listed in the fifth batch of traditional villages in Chongqing,as the research object.Using literature review method,field research method,questionnaire survey method,hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the landscape resources of the spring village from the classification of investigation,comprehensive evaluation,protection and renewal design of several aspects of in-depth analysis and research,targeted the spring village landscape resources protection and environmental landscape renewal design principles and strategies,to provide technical support for the environmental landscape planning and construction of the spring village,but also for the It also provides reference for the construction and development of related traditional villages.The main research results are as follows:(1)The types of traditional village landscape resources are summarized through literature combing.(1)The types of traditional village landscape resources are summarized through literature review,and the comprehensive evaluation method is generally used for quantitative analysis in resource evaluation.Traditional village landscape protection should follow the principle of planning first,taking into account protection and development,carrying out living inheritance and reasonable utilization,while inseparable from the guidance of the government and the participation of villagers.The landscape renewal design of traditional villages should adopt a multi-dimensional and multi-objective approach to achieve organic renewal.(2)The types of landscape resources of spring villages are divided into 3 categories:rural environmental landscape resources,traditional settlement landscape resources and intangible cultural landscape resources.Among them,the rural environment landscape resources are mainly characterized by the natural ecological pattern surrounded by mountains and water,and the landscape of black tea and plum industry;the traditional settlement landscape resources are centered on the "three houses and nine courtyards" formed in the Ming and Qing dynasties,and the complete courtyard pattern is still preserved;the in tangible cultural landscape resources are characterized by folk songs and dances,traditional handicrafts and festivals.The main local characteristics of intangible cultural landsca pe resources are folk songs and dances,traditional crafts and festivals,and the basic conditions of landscape resources are good.(3)Combining the results of field research and expert consultation,25 evaluation factors affecting the landscape quality of spring village were summarized from three aspects:rural environment landscape resources,traditional settlement landscape resources and intangible cultural landscape resources,including 20 qualitative factors and 5 quantitative factors,and then the evaluation system of traditional village landscape resources of spring village was constructed.(4)On the basis of the constructed landscape resource evaluation system,through the calculation of the weight of indicators and quantitative analysis,the results of the evaluation of the landscape resources of the spring village:the quality of rural landscape resources(3.15)>the quality of intangible cultural landscape resources(2.91)>the quality of traditional village landscape resources(2.76),the evaluation results show that the advantageous landscape resources of the spring village are mountain,forest,hydrology and industrial landscape resources,and the disadvantageous landscape resources are agriculture,agriculture,water resources and industrial landscape resources.The inferior landscape resources are agriculture,traditional architecture,historical relics and traditional handicraft landscape resources.(5)In view of the superior and inferior resources of the spring village,the conservation principles and conservation planning scheme,renewal design principles and renewa 1 strategy of the spring village are proposed.At the same time,we will practice the renewal of the landscape of the spring village according to the principles and strategies of the renewal of landscape resources.Optimize the industrial structure and enrich the industrial content;carry out fa?ade repair and functional planning for traditional buildings;revitalize and reshape the traditional culture;improve and upgrade the basic service facilities;and practice the renewal design scheme of the spring village in all aspects.
