Natural gas is playing an increasingly important role in both international and domestic resource structures.With the limitations of different levels of gas transmission pipeline,natural gas from gas fields to the cities should be depressurized through high-pressure to medium-pressure and low-pressure.Since natural gas can release a great amount of potential pressure energy during the depressurization process,it has become a hot issue to completely utilize the potential pressure energy of natural gas and develop natural gas pressure-regulated station top pressure power system.With the support of Beijing Science and Technology Commission and the utilization of combined method of theoretical analysis and actual project tracking detection to analyze the top energy potential of different natural gas regulating station in Beijing.Moreover,the thesis researches the optimization plan of the natural gas pressure energy utilization project,and follows actual measurement demonstration project,and explores the feasibility of utilization in Beijing,to provide technical support for the application of top pressure power system of natural gas stations.With the analysis of top pressure power potential and power demand of regulating station in different pressure level.The research shows that the inlet design pressure of high pressure regulating station A,B and intermediate high pressure station are 4.0Mpa,2.5Mpa and 1.0Mpa.Top pressure power potential of high pressure regulating station is between 3192 Kw·h and 6384 Kw·h.those beneath high pressure A is between 997.5 Kw·h and 2992.5 Kw·h,to provide a basis for the exploration and application design of natural gas regulating top pressure power system.With the analysis of natural gas regulating station top power system and the working principle and feature of its key equipment star spin motor and temperature-pressure balancing device,I select high pressure B regulating station of Beijing Gas Group as the demonstration station,and proposed the optimization plan of 5kW and 20 kW top pressure power system,to provide technical support for the establishment and operation of top pressure power demonstration station.With the tracking actual measurement of Beijiao gas regulating station top pressure power demonstration station,I investigated the system performance and operation effect of 5kW and 20 kW top pressure power system.The result shows that both of them are working well and are able to meet the requirement of the electrical quality of the voltage and its fluctuation,electric current,its fluctuation and frequency,to provide technical support and demonstration for the popularization and application.On the basis of the actual measurement of the demonstration station,and the combination with the actual power demand of gas yard station in Beijing,the research of the popularization and utilization feasibility of gas pipeline pressure energy power,we can explore large,medium or small power system utilization according to 100kW+,10kW-100 kW,10kW-.The research also shows that there is a great energy conservation and emission reduction and economic social benefits by utilization popularization of natural gas regulating station top pressure power system.
