This paper takes S group natural gas pressure energy power generation project as an example,according to the relevant theory of project post-evaluation,proceeding from the actual problem of project benefit deviation,through the use of comparative analysis method,investigation method,statistical method,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other post-evaluation related methods,carries on the natural gas pressure energy power generation project.Conduct post evaluation of the system and make suggestions.First of all,through the statistical analysis of the project operation data,we found the current situation of low project efficiency.Based on this,we established a post-evaluation system for the project and obtained the evaluation results.The results show that there are some deviations between the individual sub-indicators and the project settings.In order to sum up experience,narrow the gap,improve the efficiency of project operation,the gap is deepened.Degree analysis.The analysis shows that the main deviations affecting the project are the maximum output power deviation and the deviation of project economic benefit.Brainstorming method combined with Affinity Diagram and fish bone diagram is used to study the deviation.The results show that the expansion efficiency of the expander is low,the flow of natural gas is insufficient,the technical quality of personnel is poor,and the supervision is not in place.As well as the policy influence is the main factor which produces the deviation,the inefficiency of the expander and the insufficiency of the natural gas flow are the most fundamental and direct factors.On this basis,some suggestions are put forward,such as optimizing selection,strengthening supplier management,strengthening training,improving assessment,optimizing pipeline,formulating strict switch plan,optimizing functional departments and optimizing site selection.In order to make up for the defects in the whole project construction process,improve the pressure energy investment project management and improve the investment efficiency.
