Pressure parameter test of the fuse organization in the wind-tunnel environment is mainly studied in this paper. In this paper, the pressure sensor domestic and foreign present situations and the trend of development are elaborated .Aimed at the particularity in the wind-tunnel environment, the main technical parameters of the pressure test system are determined, the design scheme of the system is established and the Kulite's film pressure sensor is selected in accordance with the test system for wind-tunnel testing environment which has transformed the pressure signal to electrical signal. The system hardware electric circuits which include analogous circuit, digital circuit, power circuit, interface circuit and so on are also designed. Electric circuit takes the MSP430 monolithic integrated circuit as control core to complete the sampling process and the data storage sequential control function, then the test data is sent into computer through computer RS232 serial port to complete the communication, displaying and processing, etc. Aiming at EMI in Wind-tunnel environment, researched on the system's EMC. The read routine is compiled with VB and monolithic integrated circuit's master routine is compiled with the assembly language.The test system of blasting fuse resistance piece pressure studied in this paper has no down-lead, the small volume, low-power consumption, strong anti-interference ability and can work exactly, reliably and in a real-time to get the pressure measurement parameters in the Wind-tunnel environment which is with strong- electromagnetic interference, vibration of resistance film and high speed (up to 1000 m / s).
