| This paper elaborated one kind of hydraulic single prop pressure examination system, this system may be widely applied in the coal mine hydraulic single prop sealing property examination. According to the pressure changes in hydraulic single prop in hypothesis time, we can determine the seal quality of hydraulic single prop. The system are composed by intelligent pressure sensor, demonstration extension, communicate connection, and computer.The intelligent pressure sensor completes the pressure examination, its hardware is composed by resistance strain pressure sensor, A/D convert module, CAN transformation module and single-chip microcomputer. The demonstrate extension display the pressure data and the test state in scene. The communicate connection completes the data transformation between the computer and the intelligent sensor. The computer transmits and receives data through the serial interface, the intelligent sensor has the CAN bus connection, therefore must transform the RS232 signal to the CAN bus signal through the communicate connection. The computer send out all kind of orders, control the whole system completes each task, at the same time receive feedback information from the intelligent pressure sensor. Operators can know the test state in scene through the computer.The intelligent sensor has self-calibration zero spot, self-demarcates, self-calibration function, different cylinder diameter hypothesis. The use of intelligent sensor simplifies the demarcate way of present, simultaneously changed the way of raid examination, increased the single root examination way.
