Because of its small size and convenient portability,the small paper towels have become a kind of daily necessities for everyone.Therefore,the required packet paper towel packaging machine has higher requirements.This paper takes the automatic pushing mechanism of paper towel automatic packaging machine as the object of study,and a kind of paper laminated support mechanism based on cylindrical cam connecting rod oscillating rod is studied and designed.This paper sets forth and studies the models corresponding to the packaging speed,and gives the three-dimensional modeling of the corresponding mechanism.Finally,the model is simulated,and the simulation model is designed and improved by using the movement of the actual model.This paper firstly introduces the development history and current situation of domestic and foreign packaging machinery,and on this basis,the development of China's packaging machinery deficiencies are presented.Combining the characteristics of wrapping machine,a theoretical analysis and calculation of the mechanical mechanism of small parcel paper bags are carried out,and through the simulation of the model,the feasibility analysis of the data is done.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.The working principle and drive system of the packing unit.This part analyzes and calculates the drive mechanism of the whole packaging machine in the working process,expounds the heat sealing device,rejection device and the working principle of the film supply system in the packaging process,and the whole control part of the automatic paper towel packaging machine is also introduced briefly.2.The working principle of the moving mechanism of the paper pushing mechanism in the packaging machine.The pushing mechanism of paper stack is analyzed and studied,and the pushing mechanism comprises a swing arm,a pushing plate and a supporting plate.By using linkage mechanism and Frendenstein equation,the parameters of swing arm and its drive mechanism are determined,and the synthetic motion of the pusher is theoretically analyzed.The three-dimensional model of swing arm is set up by Solidworks software,and the model and the packing wheel are simulated and calculated,then the angular velocity of the swing arm and the angular speed of the packing wheel are obtained,and when the angular velocities of the two approaches are approached,the paper stack can be pushed into the groove of the packing wheel by utilizing the relative positions of the two sides.3.Research on reciprocating swing of pallet.The pushing mechanism of the paper fold also needs an auxiliary mechanism,namely a supporting board in the packaging machine.The rotation is eventually converted into the upper and lower reciprocating swings of the pallet by cylindrical cam mechanism,and according to the contour line equation,the theoretical contour line of the cylindrical cam is drawn by MATLAB software.The data is then imported into the Solidworks software in the form of XYZ coordinate point,and the 3D model of the cylindrical cam can be obtained by setting the corresponding parameters.4.The calculation and modeling of paper stack ejection mechanism.According to the characteristics of the paper roll ejecting mechanism,the equations of the cam contour of the ejector are segmented by mathematical method,and the 3D solid of the cam is modeled by Solidworks software.5.Simulation analysis and verification of cam 3D model.Kinematics analysis of two cam 3D models is carried out by using ADAMS software.According to the simulation results,it is proved that the roller is smooth in the motion of the cam,without interference,and then verifies the design of the cam to meet the requirements.
