This paper is the emergence of a push for its H-shaped frame running rake happen weld cracking, deformation and fracture phenomena, by solving theoretical mechanics, ADAMS simulation analysis were obtained push rake machine work means the force and strength. Through pilot testing to verify the accuracy of the two methods to obtain the force and strength of the analysis results. Through the investigation of other enterprises H-frame design, analysis, five kinds of H-frame design, the best solution is preferred.In this paper, to solve theoretical mechanics calculations, stress analysis and strength to push rake machine working device, obtain H-frame can withstand the working load limit when the partial load; analysis using ANSYS transient impact force to the push rake machine working device, too the maximum stress exceeds the material limit stress; by ADAMS motion simulation analysis, the H-frame the forces of each hinge point; push rake machine working by testing means stress and cylinder pressure, to verify the theoretical analysis and simulation accuracy to solve; by 5 section H-frame analysis of the three conditions in comparison to elect an optimal H frame program, and proposed a new H frame structure, the two programs can effectively avoid weld cracking problem.
